City Center Ishbiliyah

The City Center Ishbiliyah is situated in a developing region of Riyadh and will offer guests and customers a high-end shopping experience. The Mall will include THX cinemas, Home Center, Carrefour, Magic Planet Entertainment, Spa, Fitness, Prayer Rooms and Fine Dining spaces.

Services provided by our Seattle and Shanghai Acoustics Consultants included full scope of MEP noise evaluation and architectural acoustics including interior sound isolation between spaces and interior sound quality. Additionally, a full environmental noise evaluation was conducted. Noise was evaluated from the environment that could possibly intrude into the mall. Noise sources included traffic, aircraft from nearby airports and rainfall. Noise emanating from the project to surround properties was also reviewed to ensure compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia code limits.
