Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui is a senior living facility located by Dianshan Lake in Shanghai, encompassing 85,000 square meters and designed around the theme of four seasons. The community comprises over 20 buildings, providing 800+ furnished apartments for around 1,300 senior residents. The first phase, Autumn Garden, opened in September 2021 with 6 buildings and 250+ apartments. The facility features health and wellbeing amenities, recreational spaces, a clinic, spa, pool, restaurant, and a clubhouse. It's connected to the heritage-rich Zhujiajiao water town and offers premium services from hospitality professionals. The project also emphasizes sustainability, achieving Green Building and Healthy Building standards.
